Advertising Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By placing an advertisement with SA Trucker, the advertiser agrees to these terms and conditions.

1.2. Content Submission: Advertisers are responsible for providing their own content as per the specifications outlined. SA Trucker will not be responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance with these specifications.

2. Content Guidelines

2.1. Approval: All advertisements are subject to SA Trucker’s approval. SA Trucker reserves the right to reject or request modifications to any advertisement that does not meet our content guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

2.2. Content Responsibility: Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of their advertisements. SA Trucker will not be liable for any claims or disputes related to the content provided by the advertiser.

3. Advertising Rates and Payment

3.1. Rates: Advertising rates are as listed in the rate card and are subject to change. All rates are quoted per advert, excluding VAT.

3.2. Payment Terms: Payment is required in advance. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in the suspension or removal of advertisements.

4. Ad Placement and Duration

4.1. Placement: Ad placements will be made in the agreed-upon formats and platforms. SA Trucker will make reasonable efforts to place ads as requested but does not guarantee specific placement or positioning.

4.2. Duration: The duration of the advertising campaign will be as specified in the agreement. SA Trucker is not liable for any delays or issues affecting the duration or visibility of the advertisement.

5. Liability

5.1. Limitation of Liability: SA Trucker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the advertisement placement, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

5.2. Force Majeure: SA Trucker is not responsible for any failure to fulfill advertising obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or technical failures.

6. Termination

6.1. Termination by SA Trucker: SA Trucker reserves the right to terminate or suspend an advertisement at its discretion, with or without cause, and without refund of any fees paid.

6.2. Termination by Advertiser: Advertisers may request to terminate their advertising campaign with written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the campaign.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep any confidential information received from the other party in connection with the advertisement placement confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.

8. Governing Law

8.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

9. Amendments

9.1. Modifications: SA Trucker reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Advertisers will be notified of any significant changes.
