Durban Trucking Community Mourns Passing of Balmikie Krishna, Founder of GSF Freight

The Durban trucking industry is mourning the loss of Balmikie Krishna, the respected founder of GSF Freight, who passed away after a lengthy illness.

Krishna was a well-known figure among trucking owners and operators in Durban, having first made his mark running Vaayu Carriers in the early 2000s before establishing GSF Freight, where he worked closely with his family.

Krishna’s dedication to the transport sector left a lasting legacy, with his sons Rishi and Dhiren following in his footsteps and carving out their own successful ventures in the trucking industry. He is survived by his wife Sheila, and children Shireza, Amrisha, Dhiren, and Rishi.
