Here is how much you will pay for breaking Alert Level 3 regulations

In accordance with the Disaster Management Act Regulations R1423 dated 29 December 2020 a table of fines for breaking Alert Level 3 regulations have been published.

The admission of guilt fines are determined in terms of section 57(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act, N0. 51 of 1977 and will be exclusively valid for the duration of the Alert Level 3.
