The shocking incident has left the province reeling, with many social media users calling for justice for the victim.

In the now-viral video, the man films himself standing next to a car with the lifeless body of his girlfriend on the passenger seat.

Speaking in a calm but sinister tone, he describes the reasons that allegedly led to the murder.

Ntaka claims that he dedicated his life to the woman, who was impregnated by another man outside their relationship. Despite this, he says he accepted and cared for the child. Years later, he claims the woman ended their relationship, which he says pushed him over the edge.

While the exact motive remains unclear, his statements have been widely condemned as unjustifiable.

The video, which was posted on the man’s Facebook timeline, garnered over 12,500 shares within four hours, sparking outrage across social media.

Many users expressed shock and horror, with some calling for Facebook to remove the video immediately.

Despite the graphic content, it continued to circulate.

The victim’s identity has not yet been released.

According to reports circulating on social media, Sibusiso Lawrence Ntaka is a teacher at Ziphozethu Primary School in KwaDukuza.

Police were not immediately available for comment.

“It’s horrifying that something so brutal can be shared so easily. Social media companies need to act faster to prevent such videos from being seen,” said one Facebook user.

The murder has reignited conversations about gender-based violence in South Africa, with activists calling for more proactive measures to protect women and ensure perpetrators are held accountable.
