An officer at the Polokwane Provincial TCC has tested positive for Covid-19 on Tuesday late afternoon. The weighbridge is closed for decontamination and will open after two days.
A complement of different routine shifts comprising staff from Transport and Community Safety, SANRAL, and Load Control will resume with operations on Friday 26 June 2020.
The affected official is in self-isolation and all necessary precautions are being followed. All other weighbridges in the province are open.
