M7 West Obstructed Between Bellville Bridge and Malvern Due to Serious Truck Crash

“As of now, two lanes on the Westbound side are completely obstructed, leaving only one lane open to traffic,” said Durban Metro police.

A 30-ton steel coil has fallen onto the middle lane, making recovery efforts complex.

A crane is required to remove the heavy load, and authorities estimate that the recovery process will take over 5 hours to complete.
