Mob justice for theft-out-of-truck suspects in Isipingo

Suspects pounced on a delivery truck in the Isipingo CBD and made off with about two boxes of stock.

Passersby managed to grab hold of the fleeing suspects and meted out mob justice.

Alpha Response Units, Durban Central and Metro Dog Unit responded to the scene.

The suspects managed to break away and flee but one suspect who was gravely injured was caught again.

He was attended to by ER24 Paramedics and was transported to hospital.

While mob justice is not encouraged this will however make the next suspect think twice before stealing from moving trucks again.
