N3 Closed at Van Reenen After Fiery Truck Crash

A serious crash involving two trucks has brought traffic to a complete standstill on the N3 at the foot of Van Reenen Pass this morning.

According to an alert from N3 Toll Concession (N3TC), both trucks caught alight after the crash and are currently blocking the entire roadway.

All emergency services are on scene working to extinguish the blaze and clear the wreckage, but as it stands, the N3 is totally closed in both directions.
