My experience for the past 15years as a TRUCKER has taught me a lot including the fact that we often are unfairly treated at work and or even unfairly dismissed. Hardly have I seen us fighting for our rights to fair treatment and or dismissal. I encourage dialogue before we take any legal steps since you don’t want your boss to be sniffing at your work looking for mistakes all the time.
