The family of long-distance truck driver Christopher Sylvinas Naidoo is pleading for assistance in locating him after he mysteriously disappeared 20 months ago.
Naidoo, 52, a resident of Mountain Rise Road in Silverglen, KZN, was last seen on Sunday, 21 May 2023, when he left for Gauteng in a truck loaded with a shipping container containing vehicle spares.
However, two days later, his truck was found abandoned in Germiston, Gauteng, with the keys still in the ignition and the cargo intact. Since then, there has been no trace of him.
His family and authorities have been searching tirelessly, but with no new leads, they are now appealing to the public and fellow truckers to help reunite Naidoo with his loved ones.
Truckers who may have seen him on the road or noticed anything unusual during that time are urged to come forward. Even the smallest detail could help bring much-needed answers to his worried family.
