Steps to follow when renewing vehicle licence on WhatsApp

  1.  Add ChatBack’s WhatsApp number +27 66 202 6685 to your contacts.
  2. From your WhatsApp, send any message to ChatBack WhatsApp number.
  3. Select option 1 to get a quote and renew your vehicle licence
  4. Enter your vehicle registration number.
  5. Write the date of expiry on your vehicle licence disk. You will receive a quote with an invoice number and a pay link which expires after 23hours.
  6. Click on the payment link
  7. Select a method of payment between Payfast and SnapScan and complete the payment
    (Note: By making payment you authorise ChatBack to retrieve your licence information on your behalf from relevant authorities. You authorise Chatback to sign and complete all documentation on your behalf.)
  8. Complete the payment. The system acknowledges your payment and ask that you give the delivery address details
  9. Enter your street address only as requested
  10. Reply with your suburb
  11. Enter the postal code
  12. Send a copy of your ID or take a picture and send
  13. Attach a copy of your proof of address

That’s it, you are done. Chatback claims that you will receive your vehicle licence disk after 5 business days.
