Grindrod Intermodal Container depot situated next to the N2 and M4 interchange near Umlazi has been completely submerged in water following the continuous heavy rains pouring in Durban and surrounding areas currently.
Freight containers from the depot are currently blocking the interchange after they floated to the highway.
A video doing rounds on social media shows the container depot and the N2/M4 interchange completely submerged by water.
