Tanker Services CEO Specialized Freight, Peter Hancock, has announced the appointment of Francois van Schalkwyk as managing director for Food and Chemicals division.
Hancock said Francios’ appointment would be effective from 1 October 2019.
Francois joined Imperial in 2004 and has worked for various operating companies within the group in the fields of finance, business solutions, business development and operations.
He worked his way up the ranks and in 2014 was appointed as Operations Director for the coastal operations of Tanker Services Food and Chemicals.
Francois is married to Sonja and they have two daughters, Deana and Olivia.
