Three killed in taxi and truck collision

Three people were declared dead by ER24 paramedics on the N12, west, on ramp to Jet Park Road late last night.

Paramedics arrived on scene and found that a taxi had crashed into the back of a truck.

The driver and two passengers were trapped in the vehicle. Upon assessment it was found that the driver and front passenger had succumbed to their injuries. They were declared dead. Despite all efforts to save the third passenger, the patient sadly died. All occupants of the vehicle were male.

The exact details surrounding the incident are unknown. Authorities were on scene for further investigations.
