A worker was tragically killed and another one seriously injured after a tow truck crashed into a company on Monte Carlo Road, Westmead, on Monday afternoon (July 22).
ALS Paramedics spokesperson Garrith Jamieson, stated that the driver of the heavy-duty tow truck, which was towing a fully laden truck, lost control on Monte Carlo Road in Westmead.
“The truck veered off an embankment and crashed into a company.
“The truck driver was found to have sustained serious injuries.
Two workers were found pinned under the total carnage of the truck.
One worker died at the scene, and the other was seriously injured.
