Truck torched as violence erupts again in Vuwani

A truck and a grader have been torched in Vuwani, Limpopo. Local leaders had meetings over the weekend but it looks like no concrete resolution was made.

This follows the Limpopo High Court judgement against the traditional leaders who do not want their areas to be incorporated into the new municipality.Last year, the municipal demarcation board announced that parts of Vuwani and Malamulele will be merged to establish a new municipal entity in the Vhembe region.
