Jan Stickling murder

A truck driver has been brutally murdered on N11 in Ermelo, Mpumalanga after encountering a tyre puncture.

The trucker, Jan Stickling, was stabbed several times, had his belongings stolen including the clothes he was wearing and left to die, reported SA Long-distance Truckers.

The brutal murder happened on Saturday about 20km out of Ermelo on the Amersfoort road (N11).

Stickling was allegedly accosted by four thugs who stabbed him numerous times and stole all his belongings after he got stuck on the highway because of a tyre puncture.

Stickling’s brutal murder has caused massive outrage on social media in the trucking circles as truckers feel that the government have not done much to protect them as essential workers.

Condolences to the family. May his soul rest in peace. All lives matter. Goverment not interested in bringing back death penalty. Criminals are have a free life.
