A Cypriot truck driver has been sent to jail for negligent driving after filming himself steering a truck with his legs on a busy highway.
Police launched a manhunt after the man shared the video on social media late last year where it immediately went viral.
In the video, both feet of the driver can be seen on the steering wheel as the truck navigates through a busy two-lane highway.
Cyprus News Agency reported that the 43-year-old driver was sentenced to 40 days in jail on February 13 after pleading guilty to dangerous driving.
The judge at the Larnaca district court ruled that the man had committed a reckless and negligent act that had endangered lives and said that he should serve a prison sentence.
His license was also cancelled for nine months.

He also admitted posting the video on social media and driving without insurance.
While giving the sentence order, the court took a note that the offender has a sick father in his care and two young children.
Police issued a warning to drivers not to try this stunt as it could lead to loss of life.
