Watch: N3 Durbanbound Closed After Truck Overturns and Catches Fire Near Villiers

Villiers – Traffic on the N3 freeway is at a standstill on the Durbanbound lanes just past Wilge Plaza following an accident involving an overturned truck that caught fire.

The incident occurred around 15:00 on Sunday afternoon. The condition of the driver has not yet been confirmed, and the cause of the accident remains under investigation.

According to the N3 Toll Concession (N3TC), as of 17:40 the Durbanbound lanes were still closed to allow for recovery of the vehicle. Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek alternative routes where possible.
