SUMTAS manager allegedly threatened to set his rottweiler dog onto some drivers who wanted to give him a memorandum of grievances on Sunday 22 September 2019.
He allegedly refused to take the memorandum and instead instructed one of the yard guys to open for the dog yo chase away the drivers.
