The N1 highway is closed to traffic about 59km before Kroonstad towards Bloemfontein after a tanker collided with another truck and burst into flames this morning, Friday the 10th.
SA Truckers at the scene reported that the two vehicles collided head-on and started burning. The two vehicles are burning right in the middle of the road blocking all lanes in both directions.
