Emergency crews are hard at work on the N1 at the Vaal River bridge near Parys following a devastating truck crash earlier today, Saturday 18 January.
A truck reportedly lost control, veered off the bridge, and plunged into the river below, leaving search and rescue teams scrambling to locate the driver, who was not found in the wreckage.
