Several trucks were set alight in a suspected arson attack at EPS Courier Services Gosforth Park depot last night.
This comes after a deadlock between Innovative Staffing Solutions and truck drivers who are demanding their benefits after being transferred to the employment agency.
The truck drivers are accusing EPS Courier Services and Innovative Staffing Solutions of entering into an agreement to transfer their employment to the later without consulting them.
Some truck drivers were shot and injured by armed guards when they allegedly refused to leave the premises demanding answers.
Last night’s arson attack is being investigated by Germiston Police and SA Trucker will share updates as soon as they are available.
