Two side tipper trucks have collided on the notorious R34 Memel Road near Newcastle this Sunday morning.
SA Truckers who arrived at the scene just after the accident happened said both drivers survived the crash, however, this could not be immediately confirmed.
The R34 Memel Road is notorious for truck accidents due to the numerous curves and the mountainous terrain.
Truckers are advised to exercise extra care when driving on this stretch of highway.
