A Johannesburg accident captured on CCTV has sparked a heated on social media platforms with commenters split on who to blame or what could have been done to avoid it.
In the video, an SUV overtakes a car which turns on its path causing a serious collision.
It’s in a built up area, there is an intersection and many other factors that ignited the debate.
