Dashcam captures trucker losing control and crash at 106km/h

Dashcam footage of a crash that occurred on the 20th of January 2023 has surfaced online.

In the 41-second video which starts showing the truck doing 90km/h downhill on a yet unidentified road in South Africa.

The driver looks freightened as he assumably knows he is losing control, not sure how.

The truck speeds down the road while gradually increasing speed. Other vehicles approach from the other side and fortunately they safely pass each other.

The driver becomes increasingly worried as the truck gains more speed to pass 100km/h as the road also becomes more curvy.

His fears become reality as he fails to negotiate a curve at 106km/h and crash the truck.

The condition of the driver is not known.
