Volvo Trucks is bringing truckers from across the globe to the Volvo Trucking Adventure event on 14-17 September 2022 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Simthembile’s journey starts in Gothenburg, Sweden, the home of Volvo Trucks, and ends at the North Cape, Norway, the most northern point of mainland Europe.
It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity that Volvo Trucks awards to a few selected Volvo truck drivers, who want to test the most exciting trucking assignments, meet with fellow truckers, and experience the extraordinary beauty of Scandinavia – with empty roads, breathtaking scenery and unique nature and wildlife, says Volvo Trucks.
Simthembile was announced as the final winner of the Volvo Trucking Adventure on Tuesday after several weeks of waiting having initially opening applications in June.
