Health minister Dr Joe Phaahla has announced that the death toll in the Boksburg gas tanker explosion has now risen to 34 after 7 more people succumbed to their injuries.
Phaahla confirmed this during a joint memorial service for the Boksburg blast victims.
Phaahla released the names of the people who perished when a gas tanker truck got stuck under a bridge and exploded in Boksburg on the 24th of December.
