Two people have been injured after goods train transporting containers derailed from its tracks at Balgowan in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands on Sunday.

Upon arrival by the first ambulance it was discovered that two patients had jumped out from the runaway train further up from the accident scene, Midlands EMS said
More ambulances were dispatched to assist the injured members further up from the accident.
Authorities are currently on the scene to investigate the exact cause of the accident.
