A truck driver is on the run from the police after bags of dagga were found littered on the scene where he crashed his truck.
Members of SAPS Colesberg rushed to the scene of the collision and as they secured scene they came across bags of dagga hidden not far from the truck.
Upon checking the truck they found more boxes containing the drug and confiscated them.
Officers searched for the truck driver but they could not locate him.

The dagga is estimated at a street value of R500,000.
