Truck and 3 cars in serious crash on N3 near Reitz interchange - video
A serious accident involving an articulated truck and three cars have been reported on the N3 northbound near the Roadside/Reitz Interchange this Friday morning 23 December 2022.
The circumstances leading to the crash are not known at this stage, however, police are attending the scene to investigate.
According to the N3TC, both left lanes on the northbound and southbound carriageways are obstructed.

“Traffic is moving past the scene however, the lane closures combined with the current peak traffic volumes, are causing congestion and substantial delays in the area,” said Thania Dhoogra, operations manager of N3TC.
She warned road users to reduce speed and to approach the area with caution. Emergency services are on scene, but the obstruction is expected to take quite some time to clear as a result of the severity of the crash.
