A truck driver named Tank from Los Angeles, who was born with diphallia, a rare condition where a male is born with two functional penises, has shared the challenges and unique experiences of his sex life.
“Women didn’t believe it when I told them I had two [penises], but then I took them to the room, they’d see,” he said in an interview with the YouTube channel Soft White Underbelly.
Tank revealed that some of his sexual partners found pleasure in his unusual anatomy, while others experienced discomfort.
Tank recounted how some partners were intrigued by his double appendage, leading to suggestions of filming a porn video, which he declined.
He began exploring his sexuality with both penises after being released from prison at the age of 24.
While Tank admitted enjoying the added pleasure, he also faced difficulties during intercourse as having two penises made it challenging.
One of his ex-partners even suggested filming a porn video together, which he turned down.
“I probably would’ve made a lot of money.”
Eventually, Tank decided to undergo surgical removal of one penis to improve his sexual experience with partners.
He also mentioned that his father had unusual anatomical features, and even his own son had an exceptionally large penis.
Another man with diphallia, known as Triple D, also shared his experience, including the difficulty in finding comfortable underwear due to his condition.
Although he considered joining the porn industry, he chose not to because he valued his dignity.
Diphallia, also known as penile duplication, is an extremely rare condition, occurring in approximately one in 5.5 million births.
Some doctors choose to remove the second penis at birth, while others leave it in place.
