Major Crash Shuts Down N1 North near Polokwane as Truck Collides with Bus
In a tragic incident on the N1 North highway, traffic has come to a halt shortly after the Shell Garage just before Polokwane due to a severe collision involving an articulated truck and a cross-border bus.
According to an eyewitness, an SA Trucker who was present at the scene, the truck rear-ended the bus.
The circumstances regarding whether the bus was in motion during the collision remain uncertain.
The trucker, who shared their account with our reporter, expressed relief that the bus was equipped with a trailer, stating that the truck collided with the back of this trailer.
