A truck driver fell victim to a brutal assault by security personnel allegedly affiliated with a local taxi association on Monday night.
The incident occurred on the N4 highway between Mananga road and the BP garage in Komatipoort.
The harrowing assault was captured by the truck’s onboard camera, revealing the appalling sight of three individuals viciously attacking the truck driver, who appeared defenseless and did not retaliate.
After subjecting the driver to the merciless beating, the assailants hastily fled the scene, leaving the victim behind.

The severity of the assault was evident as another truck driver stumbled upon the victim lying incapacitated in front of his truck.
