Watch: Trucker nearly pushed off the road by overtaking truck on the N2

A video of a side tipper truck overtaking another truck and quickly cutting its way almost pushing it off the road has surfaced online.

It’s not known where exactly it happened but it looks like the N2 between Richards Bay and Mtubatuba.

The video, recorded by the would be victim of the dangerous driving, shows two trucks from the same company simultaneously overtaking two other trucks.

The first one passes safely.

When the second one comes, only the horse passes before the driver starts shift back into the lane leaving the trailer almost pushing the truck being overtaken off the road.

The reason behind the reckless driving is not known but road rage cannot be ruled out. Watch the video here
