You are required to enter your personal details as shown on the form.
You should also have proof of address (Stamped letters from the Cllr and TC are allowed). You are also required to write a brief motivation as to why you should benefit from the project.
Step 3. Submit the application form
Submission: Once the application form is completed, applicants can submit it at their nearest Regional Office or Cost Centre office, as well as at the KZN Department of Transport’s Head Office.
The closing date for applications is 17 October 2023.
