A South African driver has been arrested in Dedza, Malawi for being found in possession of 112 bags of suspected indian hemp (cannabis), Zodiak Online has reported.
42-year-old Trust Hlengeni Masingi had carried 112 bags in 50 kilograms bags and five hundred and fifty bags of rice husks in his 30 tonner Scania vehicle.
Jefita said the bags of marijuana are being kept at Dedza police station as police prepare to take the suspect to court soon.
