11 people have been killed in a head-on crash involving a City to City bus and a minibus taxi on the R61 near Flagstaff in the Eastern Cape.
9 adults and 2 children lost their lives when the two passenger vehicles collided between Flagstaff and Lusikisiki on Sunday afternoon.
Preliminary information suggests that the minibus taxi encroached onto the bus’ path leading to the fatal collision.
