POLOKWANE – Seven people have been declared dead following a horror accident on the R101 (N1 bypass), close to the Mall of the North on Tuesday morning.
It is reported that a Toyota Fortuner lost control and veered onto the path of an oncoming Freightliner truck causing a head-on collision.
Seven people from the SUV all perished, two of which are children.
Emmergency Services are on the scene.

The accident happened in the R101 northbound just after The Mall of the North in Polokwane.
