Three killed, one seriously injured in N2 crash near Mandeni

Three people have been killed in a crash involving a truck and light motor vehicle on the N2 near Mandeni in KwaZulu-Natal on Saturday evening.

IPSS Medical Rescue attended to the fatal accident scene just after 21h30.

“Three people have sadly been declared deceased on the scene and one person has sustained serious injuries,” reported IPSS.

“The seriously injured person is currently being stabilised by an IPSS Medical Rescue Advanced Life Support paramedic and will be transported to a nearby facility for further care.”

SAPS are on scene and will be investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
