More information about the fatal shooting of Kiernan Forbes, popularly known as AKA, continue to surface with the emergence of another video from the shooting scene showing the lifeless body the rapper.

The death of the renowned Hip Hop artist has left the nation in shock.

On Saturday, CCTV footage of the actual shooting was also shared on social media. In the vodeo, the hitman can be seen running to AKA and shoot him at close range then he flees the scene.

In the latest video, the rapper’s motionless body can be seen lying on the ground.

South African Police Service confirmed that AKA was killed in a shooting incident in Morningside, Durban on Friday night.

He and his friend were leaving a restaurant when two unknown attackers opened fire, taking both of their lives.

The KwaZulu-Natal police department is conducting an investigation to track down and bring the perpetrators to justice.

The shooting occurred as AKA was on his way to the AKA Supa Mega Birthday Celebration, which had to be cancelled after the tragedy.

As news of AKA’s death spreads, conspiracy theories have begun to emerge about what may have motivated the attack.

Some have suggested a link to the death of his late fiancé, Anele “Nellie” Tembe, who died in a fall from the tenth floor of a hotel in Cape Town in April 2021.

At the time, some people had blamed AKA who claimed that she had committed suicide.

Her father disputed the claim of suicide but dod not say much.
